What personal information does MWRP store?
MWRP stores your email address and date of birth for account purposes. If you submit a ticket,
form, or official job application, MWRP may also store the information you provide in that submission.
Does MWRP store my Roblox password?
No. MWRP does not receive or store Roblox passwords. Roblox login is handled by Roblox systems.
Does MWRP store my email and date of birth?
Yes. Your email address and date of birth may be stored while your account exists.
When your account deletion ticket or verified deletion request is completed, MWRP will delete
this personal information from our active systems.
When does MWRP require age verification?
MWRP only requires age verification when someone applies for official jobs. It is not required
for general gameplay, normal website use, or regular community access.
What age verification company does MWRP use?
MWRP uses Didit as its age verification provider for official job applications.
Didit handles the secure hosted verification flow, and MWRP only stores the limited
verification result needed to review the application.
Didit publishes information about its security, privacy, and compliance practices,
including security standards and how verification data is handled. Before completing
verification, you should read Didit's own privacy and security information so you
understand how their service works.

How long does MWRP keep age verification data?
MWRP keeps age verification information for no longer than 1 month in our own systems.
After that, the personal verification record stored by MWRP is deleted from our active systems.
Does MWRP store ID photos or face scan images?
No. MWRP does not intentionally store ID photos, selfies, face scan images, or biometric images
in our own database. Verification providers may process those through their secure systems.
Does MWRP sell my data?
No. MWRP does not sell personal data.
What Roblox or Discord data does MWRP keep after deletion?
MWRP may keep non-personal Roblox or Discord analytics, such as usage trends, support volume,
server activity, bot usage, and service performance data. This should not identify you personally
after account deletion.
Can I delete my account data?
Yes. Submit an account deletion ticket or contact official support. Once the request is verified
and completed, MWRP will delete your personal account information from our active systems.
What if I am under 18?
If you are under 18, you should read this Privacy Policy with a parent or guardian and have
parent or guardian permission to use Midwestern Roleplay services.
1 Overview
Midwestern Roleplay, also called MWRP, operates a Roblox roleplay community, website account system,
support ticket system, official job application system, and Discord-connected community features.
MWRP only stores the information needed for signing up, submitting support tickets, applying for official jobs,
handling account access, and keeping basic service analytics.
2 Account Information We Store
For MWRP website accounts, the personal information stored by MWRP itself is limited to your email address
and date of birth.
Your email address is used for account access, account communication, support, and account recovery.
Your date of birth is used for age-related access decisions.
When your account deletion ticket or verified deletion request is completed, MWRP will delete your personal
account information from our active systems.
3 Roblox Authentication
MWRP may use Roblox authentication or Roblox-connected features to help identify your Roblox account
and connect your use of MWRP services with Roblox systems.
MWRP does not receive or store your Roblox password. You should never give your Roblox password to MWRP
staff, community members, or any website claiming to represent MWRP.
Roblox-related information may be used for non-personal analytics, such as player activity trends,
server usage, gameplay trends, and service performance. After account deletion, Roblox analytics kept
by MWRP should not identify you personally.
4 Discord Integrations
MWRP may use Discord for community communication, account linking, moderation, status updates,
bot systems, and support routing.
Discord-related information may be used for non-personal analytics, such as community activity,
bot usage, support volume, moderation trends, and service performance.
Discord is a third-party platform. Discord also has its own privacy policy and terms.
5 Support Tickets and Official Job Applications
When you submit a support ticket, report, appeal, form, or official job application, MWRP may store
the information you choose to submit in that form or ticket.
This information is used to respond to the ticket, review the application, verify details, contact you,
manage staff decisions, and keep the support or application process organized.
Tickets and official job applications may be submitted while logged in or, where allowed, without being logged in.
If you are not logged in, MWRP may still ask for contact information so staff can respond.
6 Age Verification
MWRP only requires age verification when someone applies for official jobs. We do not require age verification
for general gameplay, normal website use, or regular community access.
Age verification may be handled by a trusted third-party provider called Didit through a secure hosted flow.
MWRP stores only the limited result needed to review the official job application, such as verification
status, approval or decline result, verification session ID, and timestamp.
MWRP does not intentionally store copies of ID photos, selfies, face scan images, or biometric images
in our own database. If a provider temporarily gives our backend secure media links, they should not be
exposed to the browser or saved unless required for the verification process.
7 How We Use Information
- To create and manage MWRP website accounts.
- To contact users about account, ticket, or application matters.
- To handle support tickets, reports, appeals, forms, and official job applications.
- To verify age only for official job applications where required.
- To operate Roblox-connected and Discord-connected community features.
- To keep non-personal Roblox and Discord analytics for service statistics.
- To protect MWRP from spam, impersonation, security threats, or misuse.
- To improve reliability, performance, security, and user experience.
8 Data Sharing
MWRP does not sell personal data.
We only use third-party services when they are needed to operate MWRP, provide a feature, process a ticket
or official job application, complete verification, send account messages, host the website, protect the service,
or support Roblox/Discord-connected functionality.
Third-party services such as Roblox, Discord, email providers, hosting providers, security providers,
and verification providers may process information according to their own privacy policies and terms.
9 Deletion and Retention
When an account deletion ticket or verified deletion request is completed, MWRP will delete personal
account information from our active systems. This includes your email address, date of birth, and
personal age verification records stored by MWRP.

10 Security
MWRP uses reasonable safeguards to protect personal information from unauthorized access, misuse,
loss, or disclosure. This may include access controls, server-side secrets, database restrictions,
monitoring, and limiting access to information based on role or need.
MWRP staff will never ask for your Roblox password, Discord password, email password, or full payment details.
11 Your Rights and Choices
You may request deletion or correction of your personal account information by submitting an account deletion
ticket or contacting MWRP through official support channels.
Once your deletion request is verified and completed, MWRP will delete your personal account information
from our active systems. Non-personal Roblox and Discord analytics may still be kept for service statistics.
